THIEVES TURN IN KRAIG STOCKARDS CHILD PORN STASH

IN what cops are describing as "the lesser of two evils" two thieves have turned in a pedophile after the stole his child porn stash thinking it was blank CD's. 
Dumb Kraig Stockard even reported that the 50 or so CD-R's had been stolen from his home. 
The juvenile and a 19-year-old had pinched them in the hope of burning music onto them, but when they put them into their computer they found that more than 30 of them contained child porn. 
Deputy Tom McKenzie of the Merced County Sheriff's Department told Fox 40: "A family member convinced the two suspects to come forward, they contacted law enforcement." 
He added that he was surprised that Stockard had reported them missing in the first place. 
After searching Stockard’s Dehli, CA, property investigators found three desktop computers and three laptops. 
It’s unknown what those computer contain, but authorities believe Stockard has been downloading the images and movies since 2004.
But while he was booked into jail for possession of child pornography and posted his $25,000 bail, the thieves who found the pornography were not arrested for the burglary.
Mackenzie said: "We did not actually go out and arrest the suspects for the burglary. They were obviously the lesser of two evils."
The burglars' case has been turned over to the Merced County District Attorney’s Office for review.

SICK SAILOR ERIC GILFORD MURDERED PREGNANT WIFE

KRISTINE Courtney Gilford was through with her husband Eric Gilford. He had a history of psychological problems and was erratic so she took her 4-year-old daughter and left him. The U.S. Navy recruiter begged her to come back to him. She refused.
Eric Gilford then took a knife and stabbed his pregnant wife 16 times as their little girl--it was her birthday-- watched in horror. Yesterday, Eric Gilford, a shipwreck of a man was sentenced to 100 years in prison for the sickening crime. DuPage (Illinois) County Judge Kathryn Creswell told the sick sailor: “It is impossible to imagine the anguish this young mother felt as she gasped for her last breath as her 4-year-old daughter looked on."

CANNIBAL IN RED OMAIMA NELSON DENIED PAROLE

WELL, that's a relief. A convicted cannibal has had her bid for parole torpedoed. Omaima Nelson who told headshrinkers she was dressed in a red hat, red heels and red lipstick when she went into a 12-hour dismemberment trance. Oh. Next, she killed her husband William E. Nelson, 56, during Thanksgiving 1991, cut him into pieces, boiled his head, fried his hands...and then ate his ribs which were drenched in barbecue sauce. The Egyptian born beauty, a former model, will be unable to apply for parole until 2026. The crime
scene, according to officials, could have resembled something out of Silence of the Lambs.

Orange County Deputy DA Randolph J. Pawloski told the LA Times: "There were suitcases and plastic bags soaked with dark liquid from his body parts. In the fry cooker there sat Mr. Nelson's hands, and we opened the refrigerator, there was Mr. Nelson's head with stab wounds. She had his entrails in his Corvette, and she was trying to get an ex-boyfriend to yank out the dentures from the head so she could dump it in the Back Bay." Yeah, well, best keep her in stir.

CHARLES HENRY TEAL: 'HE BEGGED ME TO SHOOT HIM'

A MAN accused of shooting his best pal in the head has told cops: "he begged me to shoot him." Charles Henry Teal, 26, told cops he shot Jeffery Scott Bension, 39, in a mercy killing after his pal told him he had terminal cancer. In the affidavit he said that his pal had begged him for several minutes to kill him, before he pulled the shotgun trigger and blasted him in the side of the head. Cops said the two men were friends and had just moved in together after they met in a bar. According to KVAL Bension's body was found near the remote spot near Roseburg, OR, where the shooting took place, by a hunter. It has yet to be established whether he had terminal cancer, but friends told the station that they had always got along well and could not imagine any other motive for the killing.
Teal, who faces a life sentence if he's convicted, appeared distraught when  he spoke via video link from jail to Judge Ronald Poole's Douglas County courtroom.
Cops haven't released many other details at this point, but the major crimes team is continuing the investigation.
